Make sure you don’t skip anything and add only a pinch of salt and pepper. No other seasonings! Eat at the same time every day if you want to see results! This diet lasts for 4 days. You can repeat it, but first, make a short break. Exercise regularly throughout the whole diet!
Take a look at the diet plan:
Day 1
Breakfast: a piece of toast with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, ½ a grapefruit and coffee or tea (without sugar)
Lunch: 1 piece of toast, ½ a can of tuna and coffee or tea (without sugar)
Dinner: 80 gr. of lean meat, 1 apple, ½ a banana and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 piece of toast, 1 egg, ½ a banana
Lunch: 5 salted crackers, 1 hard-boiled egg, some vegetables
Dinner: 2 hot-dogs with some salt, broccoli, ½ a cup of grated carrot, ½ a banana and ½ a scoop of vanilla ice-cream
Day 3
Breakfast: 5 salted crackers, 25 gr. of cheese, coffee or tea (1-2 teaspoons of sugar), 1 apple
Lunch: a piece of toast and 1 hard-boiled egg
Dinner: a can of tuna, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and ½ a banana.
You also have to drink lots of water. You can even lose up to 10 lbs in only 3-4 days if you follow this diet strictly!
